A variation of a family recipe. Pinwheels are a personal favorite of Emily herself. Our buttery walnut shortbread cookie surrounds a dark spiral of bittersweet chocolate. You can taste the cookie part AND the chocolate part. Pinwheels taste sooooooo good.
